Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms apply to the orders placed on this website with Maison Osmèryl (the “Maison”). By confirming an order, the customer states that they have read these terms and accept them; a box to tick is offered for this at the payment step.

2. Order

An account is needed to order on this website. You choose your perfumes, give your delivery address and confirm your order. A confirmation is shown on the website and sent by e-mail.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Orders are invoiced in US dollars (USD). The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Prices in USD. Payment on delivery in USD or in Congolese francs, at the exchange rate of the day of delivery. Payment is made in cash, to the driver. No payment is taken online.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made in Kinshasa, in the zones offered at checkout: Gombe, Ngaliema, Kasa-Vubu and Lemba. Delivery is currently free in these zones.

6. Returns and refunds

If a product delivered is not the one ordered, is damaged or is faulty, write to contact@osmeryl.com without delay, preferably with a photo. The Maison replaces the product or, if that is not possible, refunds it.

For any other return or refund request, write to contact@osmeryl.com. A refund is made in US dollars (USD), for the amount paid.

7. Personal data

The use of your data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A dispute that could not be settled amicably is brought before the competent courts of Kinshasa.
