What we collect

• Your account: name, e-mail address and password (chosen through the link sent by e-mail; it is not stored in readable form).
• Your orders: the products, and the telephone number and delivery address you give at checkout for the delivery.
• Delivery position: during a delivery, from its start until it is delivered or failed, the position of the driver is recorded to organise and check the deliveries; the route points are deleted after 90 days.
• Technical data: the cookies needed for your session, your cart and your language, and the technical logs of the website (IP address, date, page requested).

Why we use it

To manage your account, prepare and deliver your orders (the driver receives the name, telephone number and address of the order they deliver), contact you about them, and keep the website secure.

How long we keep it

• Account: as long as the account exists.
• Orders: as long as needed to manage them, then as long as the law requires.
• Technical logs: 14 days for the web server, 30 days for the application.

Backups

An encrypted backup copy is kept on a backup server we control, reachable only through a secure connection. Backups are kept only as long as needed to restore the service, then overwritten or deleted.
